Review: I purchased a pair of shoes on 7/**/2014. I wore them that night and they broke. I went back tot he store today on 7/**/2014 to exchange them but they no longer had my size so I asked for a refund. The store policy is returns within 14 days with receipt. I went back to the store on my first available day off of work and within the stores specified policy time as it states in the store and int he receipt. The [redacted] refuse to take them back stating I wore them. When I stated yes of course they did that's how they broke she responded with, she doesn't know how I wore them and refused to take them back. She asked why I waited until today I responded that I went in as soon as I was off from work. I don't understand how a store that sold faulty merchandise would not take the item back especially if it's within their own policy period. AND,,, this store does not offer handicap parking. They have absolutely no designated parking for the handicapped. I have a handicap permit and until this incident my mom and sister, those I have the permit for, enjoyed shopping at this store but it was always difficult being that I'd have to drop them off leaving them alone, because they need to be close to the entrance, and park far away.Desired Settlement: A refund, and properly fined for not providing handicap parking. Spots should be designated for these poor people.
