The case number is [redacted] Please see the case information attached. We have attempted to reopen this case in 4 separate occasions in hopes to having a different outcome being that if it was indeed lost, [redacted] would be able to reimburse us for the value of the item and from there, we would be able to reimburse the customer.We have directly reached out the customer and explained the situation, furthermore we have also had [redacted] contact them as well so that they could explain their investigation results. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do to further this matter. [redacted] will not reopen the case since it has maxed out the number of times a case can be opened.
