The customer contacted us on 4/26/and spoke with our sales manager The customer was advised that the system he purchased did not come with an operating system, which is clearly stated on the product listing (worded as such: Operating System: Windows COA and Restore Disc Included (Pre-Install is not included and available on request).As for the restocking fee, our restocking fee is listed in our seller profile under the tab "Returns" Our sales manager also informed the customer we would waive the restocking fee if they purchased another laptop with the operating system installed and they could return the original system for a full refund minus shipping charges The sales manager did email the customer the RMA number on 4/26/at 3:pm to [redacted] stating the pricing for a replacement system and the RMA number (see attachment).We are still open to providing the customer with a replacement system, including the OS install, and waiving the restocking fee The customer will receive a full refund for the original system minus any shipping charges incurred once we receive it back If the customer would simply like to return the system, we are willing to waive the restocking fee and provide a refund minus the original shipping charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping to us[redacted] ***TekBoost
