Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.Your response is quite late After attempting to contact Tek several times, leaving multiple messages but not getting any response, I registered a complaint with the Revdex.com Still not getting any response, I contacted Kohler and found another contractor willing to come to my house to remedy the situation Seven weeks later, with still no response from Tek, that contractor troubleshot the issue and was able to get my generator running on 8/31/ Later that same day I finally received your message through the Revdex.com, but by that time the generator was running again.When I receive the bill for this service call I will forward it to Tek, and also post it here, expecting full payment so that we can resolve this issue Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We originally accepted Tek Electric's offer on June 10th to call within the end of the week and install the generator the following week We have waited over two weeks, and he has not called us for an appointment We have made several phone calls to Tek Electric in the last two weeks, and every one of them were ignored We are frustrated and concerned since we have paid $2,as a down payment for services and the generator We would like to be able to resolve this issue with Tek Electric, but at this point, we find it difficult to believe any claim they would make We would like to receive our money back and will find another dealer Regards, [redacted]
