We really appreciate an effort from Revdex.com to help us resolve this dispute. Customer bought the head set in a fully working condition. We have absolutely no idea what happened to the head set after leaving the store. We would have given the money back if it was in a condition it was sold. Therefore we...

can not give the money back. We still went ahead and as a courtesy offered another accessory in exchange such as Kick stand. Because we believe in making the customer happy. But customer is insisting to credit the price of head set towards his monthly phone bill. These are two totally different things- Accessory and a phone bill, unfortunately we cannot accommodate this request. But we still want to honor our first offer to give him a kick stand if he likes.Please let us know if the customer wants to accept the offer.Thank You
