Dear Revdex.com,
The client [redacted] who was admitted to our TEFL program in February 2014 however her actions showed she was never a serious applicant.
She was interested only in finding out about our business and asking numerous questions not related to the course she was...
about to take.
She did pay the required admission fee that accompanied her application ($50 non refundable registration and $200 toward course fees (fully refundable as outlined in our refund policy which she acknowledged and signed.)
We gave her the course books on her interview day based on trust even though she did not pay, because she claimed she forgot her wallet but would call and make her final payment that day.
She did not. Or the next day.
After our numerous inquiries to her via email and phone to complete her registration with her payment, she finally responded that she would not take the course after all and wanted a refund)
We advised her in person when she came to the office of the refund policy and showed her the signed copy she had agreed to of our refund policy - that we would refund the appropriate amount as agreed in a formula set out in the contract within 21 days as stated on our contract with her.
In order to process her credit of $150.00 we required her credit card number ( we don't keep this info on file). She provided this and we have credited her card account in less than the 21 days allowed. If the credit does not show up on her statement she should contact her card company.
We have processed her credit in less than 21 days. if it has not shown on her credit card statement she should contact her card company.
