Placed an order on line at ***. They took the monies out of the account used. The shipment number they provided has states nothing has been shipped. We have now waited over 4 weeks. I have sent emails, with no return word from the company. ***. I contacted the Revdex.com of Texas and this is what I found out. I was unable to locate a file in our database based on the information you provided. This means Revdex.com has not received disputes and/or customer reviews regarding the company. Additionally, this would indicate Revdex.com has not received enough inquiries to develop a file at this time.The following is a link to the website for that business ***. This company has two companies with one address, no phone numbers, they will not return my emails. I would like to find out if they are a scam.

The company states that it is based out of Austin, tx. It is actually based out of Vietnam!! They lie and say it only takes 7-10 days for a product to be shipped in the US. Then they send an email stating that because of cornoa they have to ship from overseas! Then it takes 20-25 days to receive your product. The products aren't made or even shipped from AMERICA. They are misleading and the official email for them doesn't work! I want a full refund and the company to be banned from listing its home base of operation as AUSTIN,TX. THEY ARE IN VIETNAM
