Hi [redacted] , I am sincerely sorry to hear of the trouble you have encountered with an unauthorized order that was placed with your payment detailsAs the agent you were working with previously advised, because there was a dispute filed against this transaction with your bank, we cannot proceed with a resolution until that dispute has been closed or completedDisputes can take up to days to be completed - depending on your bank's policies Had you notified us of this matter before your bank, we would have immediately issued that refund for you for the unauthorized order that was placedHowever, because of the dispute, we literally cannot proceedThis is a systematic thing, as we wouldn't want to process a refund for a transaction that your bank has already refunded (if the dispute was won)I understand that you've forwarded our customer support team a copy of a letter sent from your bank - after reviewing the letter it indicates that they've found in Teespring's favor and reversed the provisional credits that were given to youUnfortunately, that doesn't' necessarily mean that they've closed it out in their system yet - which could be why we are still seeing the transactions listed as "Disputed - Being reviewed by cardholder's bank" at this time Could you please contact them and let them know that we are still showing it as disputed on our end and see if there may have been a step missed in their process? As [redacted] mentioned in her responses to you previously, there is no refund option available while there is a dispute open on a transactionOnce that dispute has been fully processed/closed, we are able to get this all sorted for you accordingly I am truly sorry again for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to assist you in getting this matter resolvedOnce those transactions have been released by your bank, we will happily proceed with refunding those for youPlease keep in touch with [redacted] once you've spoken with your bank about this and she'll be happy to finish resolving this for you accordingly Sincerely, ***

Also I contacted them about my payouts on their forum and they banned me for asking questions, also they insinuated that I my account was flagged and that I might be doing something badI didn't swear or use bad language in the forum and [redacted] sent me a private message telling me that I shouldn't post about my late payouts any more, we don't live in Germany and your threatening and banning us won't workThey also lie to me and other members that are waiting for their late payouts, they tell us to fill out [redacted] forms or turn on two step authentication just to buy timeThey owe me money for their mistake and why should I be liable for it?
