I called the Solar Tan location to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel over the phone that I would need to personally come in to cancel When I asked why, the salesperson did not understand why other than it was just their policy I believe this to be a "tactic" employed by management and owners to make it difficult for members to cancel When I was able to make it in to cancel my membership I was told I could not cancel that day, that I would have to complete my month that expired in another days and that no refund would be issued I believe this to also be unfair, my membership should end the day that I cancel it, not days later The form that I signed to cancel my membership didn't include anything that was pertinent to me cancelling that would have made it difficult to process over the phone, they just wanted a signature saying that if I discontinued my auto billing before the last payment was pulled that I would owe them a processing fee of $
