I have been a customer of TeePublic for 2 years. For those 2 years, I've bought a dozen and a half, maybe two dozen shirts, and they have all been uniformly satisfactory in their appearance, their fit, their print quality, their shirt quality: the shirts were thick enough that they did not show skin underneath and, most importantly, they did not have tags at the neck. When I bought from Teepublic, I always knew what I was getting. Until, one day, suddenly I did not. I placed a larger order to stock up for the summer, and the shirts I was sent, despite not being made aware of it upon my order, were NOT the shirts that I'd been buying regularly for two years. These shirts were too thin, they fit me much tighter, and all had tags at the neck that irritate me. I emailed them about the discrepancies and asked for a replacement order of the original shirt styles or a refund. They emailed me back with the message that "The products are still the same, even though they may look a little different when they arrive!" I replied AGAIN documenting my problems with the shirts and asked AGAIN for either a replacement order featuring the original shirt style or a refund. This time, they emailed me with instructions to photograph the shirts for them, to measure their sleeves, to show the label. In my view, I'm not working that hard to make a return. I ordered 9 shirts from them; I'm not going to measure sleeves and take photos of 9 shirts. I just want to return the shirts and get correct replacement — the shirts I had believed I was buying due to 2 years of being a regular customer of the site — or a refund. They surely know they are selling me different shirts, and I resent deeply the way they are trying to pretend that they are not selling different shirts; I deeply resent that they're treating me like I am delusional and imagining completely different fits and tags on the neck.
We advised the customer that without photos of the shirts in question we are unable to determine if they received the correct product or not, as well as advising that shirts will now arrive with the manufacturer's tags instead of without. Since the customer has refused to comply with this policy, we have refunded their order in full.

I have been a long time buyer from TeePublic. I have never had a single issue until today. The reason I order from Teepublic about all else is that they are tag-less. Which I don't have to rip a tag out and destroy my neck of the shirt. Today I received my order from Teepublic, an order over Two hundred dollars.Eleven out of Twelve shirts and hoodie arrived with tags in them. Which removing would damage the shirts. Upon contacting (if you can call it that with the emails they ignore and chat they just immediately close) "Customer Service" (yeah RIGHT!) I get "Handled" right away with : "Hi there Billy,
Thanks for reaching out and choosing TeePublic(again)! We understand this change may come as a surprise, but we think the focus for purchases from our site should be on the designs and the independent artists."
Yes you heard this right, they don't want customers to focus on their actual product but the pretty picture on the front. They REFUSE to speak over the phone. I am then told to mail back the items at my own expense before they'll even consider the refund. This is the real company you're buying from.
We have apologized for the inconvenience to *** but have explained that going forward all product will arrive with the manufacturer's tags. There is no "tagless" product we would be able to send as a replacement and there has been no change to the actual product line offered by our artists. *** has been fully refunded for his latest order and that refund has settled on the processor's end(receipt attached). *** should see that refund back in his account soon.
I ordered 3 items from TeePublic and the order took more than two weeks to ship to me AND arrived incomplete. I had to contact their rude customer service department and they never even acknowledged their mistake or even issued an apology. I had to wait several more weeks to receive the missing item from my order and it was poorly printed on the cheapest sweatshirt I have ever seen ($36 sweatshirt). The other items in my order were poorly printed and cheap tees. I have been trying to get a refund for my order and there has been every effort made to NOT refund me. This company should NOT be in business!
The customer contacted us expressing her dissatisfaction and elected not to follow our proper procedure in order to receive a replacement product. We refunded her for the hoodie purchased in her order via PayPal, and the customer has continued to send harassing messages and e-mails to our staff. The refund transaction confirmation is attached as evidence of this. The customer has received a refund from us of $36.00.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe refund was issued after I filed a complaint with Revdex.com, as many other ripped off customers have done. If complaining to a company, who ignores a request for a refund and feedback about their products and customer service, is “harrassing” than this company should NOT be in business. There were NO harrassing messages exchanged and I am glad TeePublic was forced to give my money back for part of my order. Customers should be aware of shady businesses.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely
After attempting to rectify the situation for ***, the resolution we offered was not satisfactory, at which point we refunded the customer for the item in question. *** proceeded to contact us from multiple (4) different e-mail addresses, as well as on social media, after we resolved this matter by issuing the agreed upon refund. The refund was issued the same day this complaint was filed, but the complaint was not the catalyst for the refund. We strive to learn from our mistakes, and will use this interaction as a learning experience to make our customer service and experience more enjoyable in the future.
Hi,
Firstly. I tried to send an email to *** as the phone support specialist told me to dispute the action and I ended up getting emails for the server saying that email address "has errors"
Why did you take down all of my company's art work?
I am the owner of Rockland Maine Seafood Corporation, and the designer f all of these logos. They are my own designs.
Yet, you have only allowed the lobster flag designs... why?
What complaints have been made against me? I have ours of work on these designs... and even have more to upload.
Sincerely,
***

I ordered a t shirt from their website on 11/*** received email shipped on 12/but I never received it. Extremely difficult to correspond with them . They rarely pick up their phone and you get a voice mail to email them and then no return emails!!!! I have explained my situation to a Brandon whom finally answered the phone but he wants me to keep waiting to se if I receive yet states it has been lost. States if I did not receive by Monday will ship new one but did not offer that at that moment when you knew it is lost!!!!!! No manager to talk to he stated they do not have one and he wants to help me but no initiative has been taken to resend another one out! All in the meanwhile my credit card has been charged. They also gave me an email with the tracking info abd item shipped but this tracking number did not work for *** whom they used!!!! Then the number given to call *** customer service is not correct!!!! This is all unacceptable service!!!!! Please advise, thank you.

I ordered one shirt for a total of 26.99 on July . It was supposedly shipped through *** shipping method ad supposed to be handed over to *** for delivery. Tracking info has not been updated in four days. Today is August the ***. Contacted the seller requesting a refund ad they only refunded me 6.99 for the shipping. I filed a dispute through PayPal, and according to one email I received from TeePublic, the dispute with PayPal somehow makes it impossible for them to refund me until PayPal resolves the case, which I do not believe is true at all. I want a refund of the remainder of the cost of my order, minus the already refunded shipping cost, so that would be a total I am owed of 20.99
I am able to share all email correspondence I have exchanged with this company.
