Hello Dear The issue is nothing when customer placed an order she mention the name as ***? which is actually a ***o last o with an accent but system doesn't take up the o with accent thats why there is a name error secondly she mention that there is pink blob its there because she mention the " [redacted] - white skin/dark brown hair (months) " and for baby less than moths old we use the same image which she gotNOw we are agreed to redo the mug as there are some mistakes at the customer end adn some at the processing so we ask customer to pay the half price and if she dot want to pay then we only need the basic cost that is $for both the mugs so please pay the charges and we redo as per the customer detailed instructions Thanks
Hello Revdex.com, I you want a proof I can submit that we contact the sender about the name that what should be printed on the shirt but there was no response from the buyer so we did what we feel suitable and now we are agreeing also to make replacement at half of the price our mug cost $and we are giving mugs to customer at $just a half of what we cost.Please ask customer about it the mistake at its both side still we like to compensateThankyuo
Hello, Hope you are keeping well! We sent out the order twice to the customer but customer didn't like the order twice and now when we are asking customer to take up the 60% refund then she's not even ready as company made the product according to the customer
instructions twice but the customer is not accepting it and the product is as per the instructions only so at this point of time we did'nt feel we satisfy the customer to her over expectations from the cartoon character tee so we compensate it on 60% of refund because we send the product twice and shipping charges and rest of the service charge we can give the 60% of the amount back to her.Thanks for consideration. There was absolutely no mistake on the customer end as they are claimingIt is not my fault that their system does not accept an o with an accentI reviewed all my work before submitting and this is all I could doAs for the picture of ***, perhaps this looks acceptable when it is large, but when it’s printed as small as it was in my mug, you cannot see a baby, not even with a magnifying glassIt is just a pink shakeAgain, this is not my faultIt should be the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their products come out the way they were ordered and as they are advertisedI do not wish to pay again as I have already paid a large amount
