Tee Party

Review: This business apparently went "out of business" within the last several weeks. On the web site it indicates they "lost their lease" and will be reopening in a new location in several months. The business failed to contact me at all that it was closing. I had paid a deposit in January to have my child's birthday party there. I found out that the business was closed when I was attempting to verify some menu information on the internet 10 days prior to the party date. I have left several email messages and voicemail messages. My money has not been refunded. An individual that represented themselves as affiliated with "Tee Time" left me a message stating they would need my card information again to effectuate a refund. I verified with my banking institution (that I used to pay for the deposit) that they absolutely do not need my card information in order to refund my deposit. I left voicemail message outlining that to this individual as well as a contact number for my bank for them to verify it. I was never contacted again. They still have $100 of mine. If they ever reopen, this should be part of their record.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 deposit back because the business suddenly closed and they did not provide me a service.
