Motor and at 7 lbs torque the plug popped out this bolt needs to torque to 22 lbs brought it back to the shop he said it would be ready next day it has now been 3 day I made arrangement to pick it up jan 8 at 8 am he did not show shop sign said closedDesired Settlement: After having a month of my time without use of vehicle due to the shop not doing there job I feel that a refund is the least they could do

This was on an older volkswagon case. I fixed it twice and told him to bring it back when the first repair didn't work. It still pulled out of the threads. I told him we were doing the best we can . I did a lot of work but I didn't make any gurantees. I don't know if he was over torquing it or what. He said he was done last time I offered help, and said he's taking it to someone else. Again, I didn't charge him for the second repair or extra work. This piece is simply shot.
