I have received nothing via mail, email, not even a phone call. This is the millionth time that this office has said that they have sent my documents and they have not yet again. I have not gotten a notice or confirmation from the local post office stating that this office has attempted to send me anything in any form of mail, regular or certified.

Please, be advised that the correspondence was mailed certified mail as we stated in the previous response. We also included a proof from the post office website thatthe envelope was refused. We also just noticed that the address of the complainant on the back of your letter is different from what we have in our files. Apparently she gave us different address when registering in our office. The address we have for her is [redacted] **, [redacted]. That's where the correspondence was sent. We will re-mail documents again to the right address.
