Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response refers to student as [redacted] several times! That is my name my daughter is [redacted] No surprised because this is just another example of the incompetent service we received! School visit Nov 15? No clue what they are talking about Also, the director made my daughters schedule 3x week yes hours but we were told can decrease if needed and my daughter felt it was to much for her so we agreed to hours a week That does not mean give us less service cause we are paying less The director scheduled [redacted] class Nov to take practuce test knowing it’s a class tutor day and assistant director told my daughter she don’t give practice tests on tutor days and it was up to the adult to reschedule the test Director said take test making the exception on tutor day and assistant director says no but continues to blame child who is just doing what she was toldNo one calls to cancel Nov appt to meet and discuss progressYes [redacted] didn’t take test but i’m thinking we would discuss what tutors have to say and her practice and homeworkNo call no show! How am I suppose to know meeting was solely on that practice test and since it did t take place meeting should have been cancelled and a practice date set up! After numerous calls we finally got a practice test date Nov [redacted] takes test and assistant director states “results may not be back in time” [redacted] was taking SATbexam Dec not leaving much time Then director states it will be graded and yes Nov we were going to discuss results but we opted for a phone conference because we were so disappointed in programNo calls extended by director at all!! She had no clue we went to hours a week and she should have!! The day before Thanksgiving tutor was late and also Nov tutor 30-mins late and I told my daughter to leave!! Unacceptable!!!! Feel that the service we signed up for was not provided Unorganized and poor communication with parents!!!! We didn’t stay Nov to meet about practice test cause Tutor late again and Phone conference was all I could mentally take at this point$and feel ripped off will not return or recommend any of my friends to attend this school!! And I have no credit as of yet but will keep you postedJust a big disappointment!! My wife and I and my son's family ate at a Ted's restaurant in Kansas City Mo in August 2017. We liked it a lot and when we returned home to Georgia we purchased a Ted's gift card for my son for $50 online using my credit card. My son didn't try to use the card until several months ago when he learned Ted's in Kansas City had closed and the nearest one was in Oklahoma City several hundred hundred miles away. I called Ted's to request a refund. Although initially they emailed me saying they would process a refund, I have been waiting for several weeks. Each time I contact them there is a different reason why I haven't received my refund. They said it would take 10 days to two weeks to process. When that time was up, they said 5-10 days. Then they said it didn't process automatically the way it should have. Now it's another delay. I think they are dishonest. I wouldn't deal with them. And I certainly would not buy a gift card. I have contacted the BBB and the Oklahoma Attorney General for help.

recommended was 6 hours per week, you chose 1 week into the program to drop down to 4 hours per week[redacted] did not show up for the test scheduled on 11/16 but for class and needed to reschedule that week for the practice testThe conference scheduled on 11/20 should have been rescheduled in light of not completing the practice testSchool Visit conducted 11/15Phone conference occurred on 11/28 with [redacted]We were to meet in person on 11/30 but a preferred phone conference with [redacted] and [redacted] took placeYou took out a loan for 32 hours and paid the registration fee separately The refund amount you are owed is $1044.00 for the 20 hours [redacted] attended and is to be sent by 12/31/2017 We wish [redacted] all the best in her future endeavors.
