Review: I never received the items I ordered which are homemade dog treats. Very expensive dog treats. The [redacted] and I have been in contact several times. She always promises to send the item& then does not follow through. I let [redacted] know that I would accept whichever would be easier for her to follow through on. [redacted] said on two occasions that she would mail me a refund of 31.50. I have not received the refund. I have all the emails and texts back & forth. I of course also have the paid receipt should you need to verify the purchase. I left a message on her other business "[redacted]. I have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 31.50 to be mailed to me in a certified bank check as I have no faith that the check would have the funds to back it up.
