This review is long overdue. We purchased a 3600 sqft building Cera early 1900 in East Sacramento. We hired [redacted] in Nov 2014 who was referred by clients of ours. He told us he would provide us plans for our remodel. After several months he needed assistance from our contractor and subs to help him with his plans which was not part of our contract but they did it at my request. Plans have been submitted 3 times already with responses from the City. As of Jan 2016 we are not any closer to getting those plans for constructions. Building sitting emptied for over a year now and cost continuing to rise. Only thing to do now is wait for [redacted] and his team to get it done right.
