Review: My husband and I contracted with this company to install a new roof in September 2011. The contract stipulates a 15 year warranty for the installation. Recently, we noticed multiple leaks from the ceiling in the front and rear bedrooms. My husband went on the roof and discovered little openings on the parapet wall. On September **, 2013, my husband called and spoke with [redacted] about the problem. [redacted] promised to come and correct the problem on September **, 2013. [redacted] did not come to the house, as promised nor did he call. Again, on September ** and **, my husband left messages for [redacted]. On two occasions in October 2013, I left messages for [redacted]. To date, [redacted] has not returned calls nor has he come to correct the problem.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] to honor the 15 year warranty by correcting the problem.
