Review: Dave Suding of TechneMed, Inc. initially contacted our company and claimed to be able to produce high quality molded silicone products that specialize in feather thin edges which are required to make our product work properly. Since our manufacturer was located in Taiwan and we liked the idea of supporting a US business, we decided to move forward with TechneMed. We spent thousands of dollars on drawings and molds and production of 30,000 pieces much of which would never come or had to be returned. The product quality was so poor and inconsistent we had to have an employee check each piece by hand to ensure it had the proper adhesive qualities and would not fall off of or leave a sticky residue on the skin when worn. Unfortunately, much of the product we did rcv did not meet our quality standards. We worked with TechneMed to provide very specific feedback as each shipment was rcvd (Dec 2012 - Nov 2013) so the product could be improved but they never seemed to be able to get it right. Even product we decided to keep and try to sell was not good enough as evidenced by actual customer feedback below: 5/22/13 I have adored your product since I first discovered it nearly two years ago... UNTIL, THAT IS, the last two sets I bought which unlike previous sets, don't stick well. I can't use a product that might fall out from under my blouse while at work. I'm devastated that I have to give up product I could have been devoted to for life and search for something new. What a bummer!!!!!Customers became frustrated, orders could not be filled, and we almost had to close our doors in 2013. Weve been asking Dave at TechneMed for a refund for product that was not useable and/or was never rcvd. since Jan of this year. We asked again in April, August, September, October, and December - he keeps telling us I will look into this and weeks/months pass with no response. I am saddened and disappointed that a fellow business person would treat a customer so poorly rather than doing the right thing.Desired Settlement: I am looking for the funds that are owed to us for goods we PREPAID for that were never used or received and would sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide via.
