I am submitting my review in light of the fact that TechCorp has a history of telephone scamming, as they did to another customer on 2/18/2015; who's review I read on Revdex.com's website. Revdex.com handled the 2/18/15 Complaint to the customer's satisfaction and had TechCorp refund the monies they swindled the customer out of. Ours was a similar telephone scam "job". We were talked into, not only turning our computer to them for "servicing", but represented themselves as a Microsoft Rep; They swindled out of us $299.99 for this service. Their fee was charged to our Sears M/C; we also reported them to Microsoft, who advised that the Microsoft Software they were selling is given to customers from Microsoft FREE OF CHARGE. Sears resolved the matter in our favor. We are submitting this Review so that any other person even thinking of doing business TechCorp., BUYER BEWARE!! Don't do it!!
