Review: [redacted] connected to my daughter's computer to diagnose a problem with the Safari Web Browser.
He indicated that the cost for service would be at least $150. She declined the offer. He remained
connected to her computer, deleted all of the folders on the desktop and then emptied the trash.
When we called to complain, the [redacted] says that at the exact same time that [redacted] was connected
to the computer that a hacker must have been connected as well and deleted the files.
The companies suggestion was that we pay them $600 to recover the data. There is a no resolution
as of now the data remains lost.Desired Settlement: renumeration to have the data recovered by a reliable vendor

Review: I bought DELL inspiron laptop from office depot on 4/**/2014.I also bought microsoft office and home(exel,power point,word) 1119.99$Got home and installed microsoft office and home additional on this new laptop.2 weeks later , found that computer is technically not working well.I took it back to Office depot on 5/**/2014. They checked it and agreed that it is bad and gave me a new one to replace it.I asked them to give me new microsoft office and home edition to install.Office depot said it is one time install and I have to call [redacted] to have microsoft support to transfer that program to new computer.I did that on 5/** /2014 . The the support people said that in order to do that they have to go on the computer and I not knowingly allowed them to do. As soon as they got on it, they said I have malware. I said how can this be? I brought it home new a few hours ago. they said , I got on internet that is why. I said computer came with mcafee. they said, it does not work. so in order for what I want(microsoft home ,student edition to be transferred, they have to get rid of this malware . in order to do that they have to install their malware program. I had to pay them by credit card 199.95 $$ for that. I had presentation to do next day. I wanted that done so I agreed and let them do. later , I found out that it is not good. I discussed with office depot and they said bring the computer back they wiped all out ,reimbursed the whole cost of computer 100 $ inadditon for their mistake of giving me wrong number.In the meantime I called my credit card and closed the account. called the tech4global people and asked for money back. they said they will mail 129$$. never did . I called them 6 time between 5/** and 6/**. noted they never mail and they said they will never mail, unless in give them my new credit card. Now I found out that, people I spoke to are in India and they are [redacted] to customer.Please help protect other customers and help me get my 199.95$$ .Desired Settlement: IN US $$ 199.99$$.PREVENT THEM FROM DOING SAME TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.
