Tech N Tire

We bought a car a 2014 Kia from Lexus Edmonton West on November 30, 2019. On Decmber 2, 2019 we brought the car to this business wanting the winter tires put on which were included in the purchase. The morning after having the tires changed I went and looked at the tires and realized how much damage had been done to the mags.
The day before and upon entrance to this business I made a special point of telling the receptionist that the mags were in excellent condition and I wanted it back the same way. She said she would let the technician know they were in this condition. So the next morning after seeing their state I went to the business. The owner and myself spoke on the phone, and he said he would order new mags, since the economy was so bad and he couldn't afford any bad publicity. I have now texted him numerous times, called and stopped by the business only to be told he's been very sick. He has made no attempt to reconcile this situation, so we felt this is our next step.
