Teatronics

I am a customer of Teatronics and have been very unhappy w/ their level of service. Back in May of 2017 they quoted us on a product to purchase. We issued a purchase order and paid for the product in advance in late June. We were told they would be able to ship in about 2- weeks. In early July they informed me they had issues w/ wildfires and were dealing w/ saving homes and neighborhoods. I completely understood and responded as such. The next e-mail they sent dated Aug. 16 indicated they were moving to a new location. Here are the last 2- lines from that e-mail. "We deeply apologize for any delays this has caused you and we look forward to be back to 100% in about a week. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you require additional information". I responded and ask for an estimated ship date. Here is the reply which came over a month later (Sept. 22): "Sorry for the lack of communication. Things are still chaotic after the move. I will check the status of your order and get back to you. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you require additional information." I followed this up w/ an e-mail which included their quote and our PO. They have not responded since. I have left voice mails and a number of e-mails. They have our money and while I have compassion for their wildfire issues this is being dealt w/ in a very poor manner.
