Review: I went to Tease Time Pole fitness for Pole fitness classes and paid 100.00 for unlimited classes for a 30 day period. During the first week on several occasions I was unable to communicate with [redacted] via telephone she only communicated via text message however there were times even my text messages went unanswered. I was left waiting outside of the studio on 3 separate occasion for classes on one occasion class was to begin at 5:30 pm I received a text at 5:26 pm cancelling the class. Due to this lack of professionalism I sent [redacted] an email on March **, 2014 after several unsuccessful attempts to reach her by phone and text, explaining that I was unhappy with the services, customer services and the no shows and was requesting a refund for the remaining 3 weeks. On March **, 2014 [redacted] sent me an email and text confirming receipt of my email apologizing for the problems and confirming that she would refund the 75.00 to me at once. On March **I received a text message from [redacted] once again apologizing, promising professionalism, offering 2 complimentary weeks of pole fitness and informing me that she would be sending me an email with a refund invoice. March **I made several attempts to contact [redacted] regarding the refund invoice because I had not received it or the refund. [redacted] has not replied to any text messages, email or phone calls regarding this refund. In addition, after I posted requests for the aforementioned refund on [redacted]'s [redacted] page and [redacted] pages she deleted me, deleted the posting and has still made no attempts to reply to my inquiries, [redacted] agreed to a refund and she is not honoring her commitment. This has been very upsetting because any attempts to contact this establishment are null and void. This establishment offers no customer service and does not care about the clients concerns. .Desired Settlement: I will continue to seek my refund and I want other potential customers to beware of this company!
