This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to, I have experienced the worst customer service and hair treatment here I have ever had and I get my hair done frequently so I now a good salon from a horrible one. My bad experience started when after I got a blow dry and curls done marrisa would not let me use my *** for the blowout service and charged me and externally high price when that was not the price listed on their website. She told me I could not use the *** because she would not make any money off it and was very rude and asking me to give her more money. The owner Lisa allowed me that day to use the *** but marissa at the register scammed me. Shortly after I left the salon my curls dropped and I left a voicemail to the owner named Lisa and she did not even care to call me back and made excuses how she was busy. When I finally got in touch with her to explain how the curls dropped and I want to be refunded for this she started being rude on the phone and mentioning how their prices are different in Saturday’s then other days and refused to refund me or even look at the photos I offered to email her. She was very rude to me as well as her employee . I am very upset by this entire experience!! Worst hair service and customer service experience I ever had in a hair salon and I feel like her and her co worker scammed me
Good afternoon *** , first I would like to thank you , for giving me the opportunity to speak with you the other day. So for the matter concerning Ms, *** ( which is not her real name )I feel we my staff and salon were nothing but professional with *** , so missed her 9:30 about which was booked two weeks prior under the pretence she was getting a service in which she purchased a *** we were running ( 69.00 a partial highlight , and Haircut ) *** called the salon around 11 am saying sorry she missed her appt , and went on to say she had called and spoke to someone at the salon and they allowed her to move her time up 12 ( she never spoke to no one it was me and another girl there ) and neither one of us spoke to her , she went on to. Beg my stylist to let her Come in just for a blow dry , her service went from a blow dry to a bridesmaid Updo , including curling her hair Extentions . She then stated she was a bridesmaid in a wedding ( totally deceived us by saying she was coming in for a blow dry ) . It left all our other clients to wait , she stated during her time with us she lived in warminster pa , as she argued with my staff to redeem her *** for what she had done at the salon, she stated she lived In Florida . She basically bulked us into just charging her 60 for a 90 .00 service , ( I also can back up my story by clients that we're in the salon that day ) . After just a few short hours of her leaving . The phone calls stated that Saturday around 6 pm . And have never ended , it's unbelievable . I had to get the police involved , she had me so upset . I've been thinking of selling my business .. it's not fair that small business owners just trying to make a living and provide jobs and revenue to our community be bullied by con artist .. again thank you for your tiMe and attention to this matter . Good afternoon *** thank you once again for speaking to me over the telephone as regards to Ms, *** in the very first sentence of her statement there already too bold lies her mother did not stay with her at the salon only to drop her off and once again return unexpectedly to us with hair extensions to be placed in her hair she did not have any friends with her at all. The clients that were in the salon that morning have all offered to back up my recollection of the accounts I did not ask them to do so they volunteered because they know how stressful the day was I try to be rational with her I tried to be professional with her after the multiple in and was phone calls to the salon , clearly we are not dealing with a rational human being, as far as the *** she purchased I told her she could always come back it will never expire she did not get any of the services done that were listed on the *** after speaking with *** the company re-integrate that I was not allowed to redeem the *** and less the services were completed as listed above. ( *** told me to ignore her and add it that I have a stellar reputation with the company nothing but number one and good reviews all verified. We did not charge her $100 for her service she was very under charged for the amount of only $60 she took it upon herself , to leave a $40 tip to Maxine not Marissa I also have proof that it officer from my Township have contacted her several times they are also willing to come forward if need be so if this situation needs to go to court then so be it , as Ms, *** stated in her closing sentence she does not support businesses you don't care I also am not going to allow a person to go around and bash small businesses trying to get her money back, it's not fair she was provided with the service in all reality she should've been charged over $100 alone just for the service and I only hung up on her after I could not rationalize with her any longer and the threats from her about bringing her father up etc. so *** once again I appreciate your help in this matter and I'm sorry that you were being drug into this now because I am in fear that she will start to harass you , i'll await a response from the Revdex.com. I am rejecting this response because: I would like to be refunded for the horrible hair service and customer service I was provided at tease hair studio feasterville, PA. The owner of this salon is making up lies about me because she does not want to do the right thing and take responsibility of the actions of how I was treated and the hair service Maxine provided me. I did not remover her name but it was mason who did my hair that day. I also attached photos as evidence of how my curls dropped as soon as I left the salon. Also there was beautiful weather that day with no rain which I also have evidence of from taking photos outside that day. I never mentioned in any of my statements that I had friends with me inside of the salon when I left the salon my friends saw my hair and we had to go to an event that evening and they were all telling me how terrible my hair looked and to never go to that salon again and my friend actually had to help me fix my hair to make it look good for the event that evening. Also the owner Lisa is making up lies that I harassed her which is not true at all I called the same day I got my hair done to the salon and no one was answering the phone and I left a voicemail letting her know how all of my curls dropped and I was very disappointed. I called again on Tuesday since my appointment was on a Saturday and her salon is closed on Sunday’s and mondays. She never called me back after my voicemail and when I called on Tuesday she finally answered and told me she was going to call me back but she never did. It seemed as if the owner did not even care that she had a client that was upset. There was no harassment invoked on my part at all. It was a client trying to reach the business owner who was rude and would not call me back and would hang up the phone when I called. In regards to the police getting involved, Lisa has reached out to the south Hampton police department and the investigator for the case had called me and told me there is no reason for this case at all because I did nothing illegal and never harassed Lisa or her bushess. I am an upset customer who is not happy with my service and wrote a bad review about my experience online about it and she was upset about that. I called her to try to resolve it first but she was not willing to do so and would hang up the phone and be rude to me and that is why I am reaching out to Revdex.com in order to get help wit this third party resolve this horrible customer service and hair service experience I had in this salon. I have attached evidence with photos to show how my hair was not curled at all. Also in regards to the ***, my *** that I had purchased for this salon was for three services which was a blow dry as part of the three services and I told Lisa I was willing to take a loss on the other two services and just use the blow dry since I am from out of
