Teammates Sports Cards and Collectibles

Customer purchased a pre-sale product from the business. The product shipment was then delayed 3 weeks - the customer asked for a refund due to the delay and the business denied. Customer stated he would notify PayPal of the delay and did so. PayPal reached out to business but business stated the funds were sent friends and family and therefore PayPal could not refund the customer. When the delayed product was in stock with the business, the customer texted the business owner and asked about an update on shipping. Owner replied “you not will not receiving the product. You sent friends and family, thanks for the free money.”

The amount kept was $6,400 and the business owner refuses to either ship the product or refund the money - therefore keeping both. Threats and harassment were also received via text message and saved for documentation.
