Review: Company is charging my bank account without my persmission.Desired Settlement: Refund the money back to my account and stop debiting my account.

Review: On August [redacted] 2015, the game engine charged premium currency (gold) when the client displayed a cost in regular currency (coins). To make an analogy with say, a slot machine, it is as if the slot machine said each spin was 5 cents but instead it was deducting a dollar per spin. This is due to a bug on their end. The change of cost that occurred at 10:30 am pacific time (from coins to gold) was not updated on my game client which kept displaying the outdated cost. The consequence was that all of my premium currency reserve was depleted without my knowledge. Requests for assistance and a refund of my game currency was met with stubborn denial even though this bug has been reported by multiple users (I provided links for them to investigate).Desired Settlement: I would like my amount of premium currency deceptively stolen to be refunded. The amount I had at 10:30 am on August [redacted] is the value that should be refunded in-game (over 300 but I do not have the exact amount).

Review: I downloaded a gaming application onto my phone. On several occasions I made purchases for a product and when I went to use that product (gems, coins) they were withdrawn from my account but I didn't receive the product. I contacted customer service at least two times and they would not offer a refund or attempt to reimburse me in any wY. In fact, the return emails were very condescending.Desired Settlement: I only want to be reimbursed for the items they took from me within the application or a monetary reimbursement of approximately $10-15.
