This is another update on my original 2 reviews.
When Terry Smith got around to contacting me, he explained that all this confusion was a misunderstanding. I took him at his word. Big Mistake!
I have no problem with the TEK shingles or the installation both of these were/are great. I do have a problem with Terry Smith. He was supposed to give me a paid invoice to turn in to my insurance company when the roofing job was completed. He has not done so. Also, he won't take my calls and/or return them. So my suggestion to anyone that desires to have their roof done with TEK shingles FIND ANOTHER ROOFING CONTRACTOR!

I gave Terry Smith the deposit he requested to replace my damaged roof. He said he'd get back to me in a couple of days with the color options for the stone-coated metal shingles that were to be used on my new roof. Long story short. He never got back to me and won't answer my calls. So, I'm thinking he took the money and ran. I will be filing Grand Theft charges against him if I don't hear from him in the next few days!

My Neighbor Mr. Williams getting his roof replaced. I asked Brent to check my roof too and he showed me pictures of hail damage on my roof. I filed a claim with my insurance company and Teamco took over from that point. Teamco put 30 years shingles with snow protected shield on valley and vents on top of ridges. They did EXCELLENT job with no out of pocket cost to me. Over half a dozen of my friends got their roof replace by Teamco and they all very happy with their performance.
