[redacted] purchased the Super Saver membership from [redacted] an 11/22/12  far the [redacted] location in Johnston. All Super Saver memberships are valid far one full year from the date of purchase, sa his membership expired an 11/22/13.  He contacted us...

after his Super Saver membership had expired, however, we offered to switch his location to the ather merchant we had available, as well as extend his date of purchase so he had additional tirne to  use the services. [redacted] did not  wish to do this  because
the ather location we had available to switch him to was nat convenient far him. We advised him to contact [redacted] to inquire about a refund because we did nat have his billing information to process the refund (since he purchased directly from [redacted]). [redacted] has already used the Super Saver card and since the order was placed aver a year ago [redacted] mast likely would nat be able to process a refund far him. We are mare than happy to offer [redacted] a complimentary voucher code, which would allow him to receive a free Super Saver card of his choice far any location we have available. Since this complimentary  voucher code does not expire he can feel free to hang onto it until we have more locations in his area, or gilt it to a friend or family member in a different area.

Will contact customer, voucher has expired. Will resolve issue.
