Review: On 11/25/2013, I signed up my son [redacted] to play summer collegiate baseball with Team San Diego. We submitted a request on February 3, 2014 requesting cancelation and a full refund. on Feb 23, the owner, [redacted] wrote in an email that he would provide a full refund in March 2014. Further, in accordance with the legal contract we signed, which I can provide, 1) [redacted] was only to charge the deposit of $250, but instead charged our credit card the full $1,000 team fee and 2) is obligated to fully refund us.We have patiently and respectfully made several attempts for the refund and [redacted] has purposefully avoided us and refuses to pay.Desired Settlement: 1,000
