I complained to my coach indicating that he was not fulfilling his contract and I asked for another trainer. He indicated there was nobody else and stated on October 31, 2019 in writing via text that refunds are completed within 30 days of termination o contract. This message was from *** the owner and my online fitness trainer. He admitted that he was not fulfilling his contract and needed to take a break.

Refund I feel that a pro-rated refund of $325.00 is just and fair. This is for the 3 months that he did not provide service for. I paid him in July for 6 months. He stopped fulfilling his duties in October 2019.
