I had a furnace/ac tudone by ProMag on 12/ This was the first time I'd dealt with ProMag The service men [redacted] and [redacted] were very professional They explained everything they were doing, pointed out things they felt needed my attention They were not pushy, they did not try to sell me parts, services and appeared to be very honest in their evaluation of my heating/cooling system I had several questions about the system and they seemed to be very knowledgable concerning the unit I have I feel they did a great job and was very satisfied with their service
