Team Management

Do not rent to Team Management, because they rent to bad people without screening them for felonies and evictions that they went to court over! They rent to convicted felons and people with evictions on their records that they went to court over! The apartment/property manager Rosie GaLarza rented to bad people and turned the apartment building into a unsafe living enviroment to make good tenants uncomfortable so that they can move out! She is rude,disrespectful and has a bad attitude against tenants and She is smart-mouthed against tenants! She costed Me and the good tenants their apartments by letting bad people move in! The owner Darnell Williams won't fire her,because of her race and color! Do not rent to Team Management in the future,because they will screw you like they did me and the other good tenants! Stay away from Team Management in the future! Apply and Rent somewhere else.

I just wanted to share my experience trying to rent a place at Silver City Townhomes. I was called off the waiting list for Johnson Park Lofts and was shown Silver City Townhomes. When I applied I made sure they knew time was of the essence because my lease ending. I applied the same day after viewing the unit and got the money order as well. I came back down to the office several more times to either bring missing items(my sons high school I.D.), or sign papers etc. I even talked to the property manager for Silver City Townhomes one day when I came to bring something in. She mentioned that my son would have to sign the lease because he was 18 and asked if that was ok, I said yes no problem. They had me going to child support for the original court orders etc. When I filled out the income portion for child support I told the girl that I didn't know the exact amount. She told me to leave it blank and that they would get ALL my child support payment information from Madison. The amount I mentioned to her was only $25 off what I actually received at the time. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end!

They had me thinking I was getting the place! When I had concerns about child support taking me over the income the property manager for Silver City took me outside while she took a smoke break and asked how well do I know my employer that filled out the income verification? She said it's a way to fill it out where you wont be over the income. She told me not to worry about it that she would take care of it. I actually broke down and cried because I was so relieved to have finally found a place! She told me I better NOT tell anyone, that if I did she didn't know me, and as far as she was concerned her paperwork was in order. I gave her a hug and left there feeling good. Well a day before I was supposed to move on 12/30/2014 I received a call saying that I was over the income and my application was denied! I had NO where to go with my 3 kids. I even asked if they had anything else for me? They didn't have anything and really didn't seem to care about my situation.

When I asked [redacted] what happened to our conversation she just said I thought you were going to be over by a couple hundred but you are over a couple of thousand. [redacted] That was very low down and left me and my kids in a bad place. I would be very cautious dealing with this management company.
