They have billed me and never sent the product and the order status keeps showing awaiting to be fulfilled.

We hope you are well. I am providing our response to this open complaint.
As the official merchandiser for the Biden/Harris 2020 campaign, we are experiencing a tremendous influx of orders and have temporarily extended fulfillment times by 4 business days.
This customer was affected by this delay, so we have issued a full refund for the customer - on 8/258/20 for Order #*** in the amount of $45.64
while also keeping their order active in our fulfillment system.
So this customer will receive a full refund and will also still receive their original order.
Please advise if there is anything else needed from the Bumperactive team.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. AS LONG AS WHAT THEY STATED IS FULFILLED.
thank you for your assistance. BTW - they originally stated on their site that it would take a max of 7 business days to fulfill so there statement about 12 business is incorrect - but as noted as long as they follow through it is all good.
