I am rejecting this response because:This response from TE Miller failed to acknowledge information that is pertinent to this caseThey stated that there was a strong urine odor noticed by the carpet installation team, but the issue I have with this is that TE Miller and College Station did not even attempt to clean the carpeting before replacing itGiven that the carpet is roughly years old, there is absolutely no reason they should have replaced the carpet without cleaning it firstIf College Station had cleaned the carpet and it was still "damaged" as they're claiming, this would be a different issue, but when a company skips standard procedures like cleaning the carpet and then charges residents $1,to remedy a problem that potentially could have been solved for far less, it is inexcusableThe response also says that the unanswered emails were answered when in fact they were notThere are also voicemails that have gone unanswered for well over a month now

Pet urine is not considered normal wear and tear, it is above and beyond the accepted damage to an apartment.  We have a letter from Renovations Carpet Systems that replaced the carpet that notes that their installation team noted extensive pet damage in the form of urine stains and strong...

urine smell.  The bill we paid to replace the carpet waw $2,112.54, which we billed the residents $1800 as their responsibility.    The complaint also notes that we did not respond to emails, I have copies of the email communication we sent that includes the copy of the invoice and the letter from Renovation if you need me to send you those.    Please let me know if you need anything else.       Thank you.   Sheri [redacted]
