TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I've been using TE Certified Electricians now for many years to take care of lighting and electrical needs. The techs are always nice and courteous. Joaquin has now come out to the house a few times. He explains the work well beforehand so that my husband and I are aware of what's going on. He/TE is always neat and tidy, helpful, and precise in the work they do. I will use them next time, of course.

Great company and great service with knowledgeable technicians. Cody (plumber) was prompt, courteous and helpful. Have used TE for years and use the electrical, the HVAC, and now the plumbing! Thanks TE for being so dependable.

I just had a new HVAC system installed. TE's bid was much better than others.
Stephen, & Jeff were very professional, hard workers. Thunderstorm knocked my power out, but they just kept working. I am very pleased with the new system, and the instillation, and would recommend them to anyone.

After I received a quote from *** that was 3 times as much, I decided to go with TE Technicians. And I'm so glad I did. My tech Scott was very friendly, polite, fast, professional and efficient. He worked quickly (with his teammate Blaine's assistance) to change out the chandelier in my foyer. With my high ceiling and narrow foyer, this was not an easy task. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use this company again!

Our family continues to use TE Heating and Cooling for our HVAC needs. We currently use them for our semi-annual maintenance and for our most recent call had them perform a review of our old HVAC (circa 1996) system for a replacement due to a recent cooling issue. Their technicians have always been very professional, clean, and clearly articulate any findings or suggestions. All of their quotes are written and they keep an excellent electronic record of past visits so they have an immediate history the HVAC condition and of work they have performed. Both my wife and myself feel very comfortable with their company and staff and we do recommend them.

Hey Joey , I don't agree with the courtesy statement . If I pay for someone professional services and diagnoses the problem and charge $338 . dollars for a transformer . We called the same day and explain that the air was not blowing hours after you left . I don't call that a courtesy call .
I don't know why the board was not replace since it control air flow and we was not getting any flow and then it would run and shut off . That should have been diagnosed when we called back hours after leaving the first time If we were told about the breaker button earlier on we could have save you and us sometime . I need to know that T&E will stand behind there diagnosis . We are back a square one except for $338 Which looks like it was not the transformer after all . I think these air conditioners can be tested to see if it's parts are operating properly with out replacing all the parts one by one and then buy a new system would be a waste of money . I don't feel confident in the service at this point . It seem like the control board was bad all along . We have the same problem as before , I don't think it should be called a courtesy call when it was diagnosed wrong ." If we buy a new unit I don't want a courtesy call I want a guarantee that T&E will stand behind there work without additional charges for the same problem .

Joey came on time. He did a thorough troubleshooting, found the issue and fixed it. He could have easily sold me on a new hvac and furnace and he would have been right. Our system is over 20 years old. Instead, he explained to me that the issue was the thermostat. We still have some life left in our system. Now my wife and I are in a cool bedroom instead of running 3 fans and sweating. I can't give enough praise. I recommend Joey and TE for anyone who has an HVAC need. We are definitely going to go back to Joey to install a new system when the time comes.

I called on a Friday morning for a circuit line that shorted out and Jeremy was sent to my home within about an hour. Jeremy was able to diagnose the problem and he provided me with 3 levels of solutions and prices (fix the immediate issue, fix all the specific trouble spots, and a whole house option). I picked the mid-point solution and Jeremy did a high-level quality job.

Joaquin did a great job. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He worked incredibly hard and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend.

Doug called and let me know that he would arrive within 15 minutes. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and fixed the wiring to my ceiling fan in short order.

Project was to replace existing late 90's fluorescent tube lighting in the kitchen with a bright LED lighting, using 8-6" canned LED trims. Jonathan *** from TE Certified gave a competitive quote, though not the cheapest but a detailed breakdown of work/cost ensures there is no misunderstanding or hassles afterwards. After giving the work to TEC, he was able to complete the entire work in a day. He also fixed some of the existing wiring and breaker problems in the kitchen and panel area. Overall quality of work was great and the invoice has very detailed breakdown of costs. Appointment and scheduling was easy as well. Overall there is nothing to complain about.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have provided exceptional customer service. Jonathan and Blaine have gone above and beyond on both of our projects. They are timely, efficient and know EXACTLY what they are doing.

Steven was awesome ! My home has 1 AC unit with a split zone but my dampeners were not opening properly to push the cool air upstairs where all the bedrooms are located. It would get very hot upstairs. I contacted TE Certified Electricians Heating & Cooling regarding the problem and they dispatched Steven to diagnose and confirm that this was the issue. He was right on time as agreed and confirmed that this was my problem and temporarily fixed the issue while the new replacement dampeners were on order for replacement. He set up the appointment (3 days later) to install the new upgraded dampeners on a Saturday morning which was supposed to be his day off. He was very prompt and took the time to not only install the new dampeners but also to take the time to show me the bad ones and what caused the problem in the first place so that I would understand. The old dampeners had been installed in the wrong position by the builder and were of contractor grade (inferior). Condensation was leaking directly onto the motors that controlled the opening and closing causing the mechanism that opened and closed the dampener to stick. My air conditioning is now working perfectly with the air freely flowing upstairs now. It is now cool upstairs and going into the summer I feel confident that the issue is resolved. I trust this company and will continue to use them for not only my AC & Heating but also my Electrical needs in the future. I will also request that Steven be the one dispatched.
