Online order for supplements trial resulted in "forced" sample of another product with same trial offer then additional $200 billed to credit card
I ordered a sample trial of TrimFit keto supplements online through website that also "forced" trial of second supplement Garcinia Cambogia. (There was no option to complete the order without the second supplement) Upon completion of order there was no online receipt for amount billed to me and when the product arrived there was no receipt or packing list that included directions or cost. I received a charge to my account for $6.92 for TrimFit and $6.87 for Garcinia Cambogia on 10/8/2019. On 10/21/2019 my credit card was charged an additional $89.92 and $89.87 for the same products. Attempts to look back to site where order was placed there is no website but rather a statement "silence is golden" in the upper left corner. Call placed to the phone number on my credit card statement simply says "you have called after normal business hours. Call back during normal business hours" with no times provided. This is a huge scam and I want my money back. My confirmation email (again with no details about purchase or exchange of money) is attached.
I accept the initial 2 charges of $6.92 and $6.87 but request refund of the additional $89.92 and $89.87. I will gladly return the rest of the products if necessary as this company should not be allowed to fraudulently do business in this manner. It's a scam.

TDRL charged my Credit Card for three charges I did not agree to! I signed up for a free trial on dietary products and agreed to paying postage.
On 3/4/19 I signed up for a free trial offer for two bottles of dietary supplements through a Facebook Ad . A week or so later I received the two bottles and my credit card was charged $4.95 as agreed.
On 4/18/19 I received an email from this company telling me they were sending me more pills and was charging my credit card $74.92. I called them immediately and told them I only agreed to the trial! They told me the original ad said that if I didn't call in 14 days And cancel I would be charged for the first two trial bottles for $69.95 and $79.95 and they would start sending me additional products and would continue charging me! (Hence the $74.92) I told the to stop immediately! I explained I never saw the paragraph that saidI must call in 14 days andI never agreed to anything but the trial. I told them I would return unopened products and wanted my money returned! The girl hung up on me. I
I called my Credit Card Company and they opened a case to investigate which takes 60 days. They told me they've had other complaints on same company. I looked on line and there are many others who've been scammed. I joined an on line group to protect others from getting scammed! This company needs to be closed down for fraud!

This is to protect consumers from accidental fraud as they might receive a refund from our company as well as their bank as a result of the dispute. I ordered some Keto pills from this company.
Emailed to cancel, was ignored
Called multiple times & sent FB message, was ignored. Refuses to refund.

I purchased some Keto pills, was charged for another bottle I did not agree to purchase. I emailed about that issue and was ignored.
Tried calling several times to cancel and no one would answer the phone. Sent a Facebook message and was ignored. I was charged AGAIN on 3/22 & 3/24 in the amounts of $69.95 & 79.95 for an item I did NOT agree to purchase. Finally on 3/27/19 my call was answered but they refused to refund me my money and insisted they had not received my email or calls. They are trying to push only a $30 some dollar refund, rather than my full $150. They also tried to push me to open a subscription rather than listening to my requests. I am very angry and want my money back. I do not know the women's name I spoke to, as she was foreign and I could barely understand a thing she said. I am VERY DISPLEASED with her customer service and this conpcom, period. They are not reputable at all. It's extremely hard to even find them to contact them, as I believe this to be a fraudulent company. TrimFit Keto Garcinia. All was done on a debit card I have now closed duebto fraud on this companies end.
I just want my money back. The whole $150 that was taken from my account, as I did try to contact them and was ignored every time. They are not trustworthy!

Thank you for your professionalism. I appreciate it. I have since closed the card that the refunds are to be deposited in to. I sent an email two weeks ago regarding and tried calling again but have received no reply. I will need to get my bank information to you in order for the full refund to be issued as the 25% was not even issued. That specific card has been cancelled since before I called and complained to the company specifically. Please let me know what I can do to receive my full refund.

Refunds are processed back into the associated account they were debited from even if the card number has changed, so no need for bank information. Additionally, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed, however this depends on your financial institution - it is less common, but can take up to 10 business days. Ten business days from when you were issued the initial refunds, on 3/27, would have been after your response and by 4/10, and those that were issued on the 4/5 would be processed by the end of today, 4/15. Failure to honor cancellation, continued to charge bank account
I placed an order on 12/4 for product. I cancelled by email on 12/18- within the 14 day cancellation period. I was charged $57.43 again on 1/22. I called customer service and was first told that I was not allowed to have cancelled by email, that I had to call. When I pointed out that the T&C indicate that I could cancel by email, I was told that I didn't cancel within 14 days. When I indicated that I absolutely DID cancel within 14 days (via email dated 12/18 send at 9:02am ET), I was told that they could provide a 25% refund and tried to upsell me with continued orders! I insisted upon 100% refund as I had cancelled and they had ignored it, the rep (Leura *** increased the refund amount to 50% and then 75%. I asked to speak with her manager 4X and was told that she could not transfer me because her manager was not accepting transfers at that time. I think this is a huge scam and believe that they purposely ignored my timely cancellation. I want a refund of the $57.43 charged my account.

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our product for free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product as well as enrolled in our monthly subscription that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.
Upon reviewing Ms. account with us, we can confirm that she started her trial with us on December 3, 2018 for the shipping costs of $4.95 and $4.97. After her trial ended on December 17, 2018, she was charged $79.95 and $69.95 for the products she had. Our records indicate that emailed us on December 18, 2018 requesting to cancel her account and because we wanted to retain Ms. as a customer, we offered her a discount on future orders and requested that she respond via email to let us know if she would accept or wanted to continue with her cancellation. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from Ms. until she called us on January 24, 2019, after which she was refunded in full for the $57.43 charge. Because customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, we have refunded Ms. for the charges in December as well for a total refund of $207.33. This should take 7-10 business days to be credited back into Ms. bank account; additionally, a confirmation email reflecting this information has been sent out to her. We also can confirm that the account is in fact cancelled and she will not receive any future shipments.

Deceptive Advertising......Cancellation policy practically hidden.
On Aug. 14, 2018 an on line advertisement for a FREE sample of a fat reducing/appetite suppressant. TrimFat Garcinia Cambodia Very visible was a S/H fee of $4.95. Placed an order: F98CXXXXXX using credit card. On billing statement I was also charged $79.95. Apparently hidden on the bottom of page was a link to the policy. After scrolling down a page or so, the policy of having to notify the company within 14 days of cancellation is posted. How will I know how a supplement will/will not work within 14 days?? I have called to cancel any further orders, whereupon I was first told 25% could be taken off future orders and then later in same call was told 50% could be taken off future orders.
If cancellation was made within 14 days customer would have to obtain a return number and pay for return fees.
$79.95 refund......but since I was already told by Agent 161 I could get a 50% reduction ......i would agree to a $40 refund.

I sent the product back on 2/20/18, it was received on 2/26/18 a refund was issued on 2/28/18. I never received this refund. I ordered the free trial. The shipping cost should have been about $10. Then they overcharged me by $25. I knew I should not have gotten involved with such a shady looking website and company. Of course they then charge me the following month over $150 for their pills. I never agreed to this. I never signed up. I told them on the phone I wanted a one time deal and that was it. Then billed me anyways. I contacted my credit card company who then put a sales rep on the call from this company and we all talked. Literally this is how it went:
Me: I want a full refund this is absurd and you guys are crooks.
Sales: Sorry sir we can't do that.
Me: Okay, then I will report you to the Revdex.com and take you to small claims court.
Sales: We can offer you 40% of your money back.
Me: I am suing you and reporting you to Revdex.com.
Sales: 50% sir, we can get you 50% of your money.
Me: This call is over, rep from bank you're a witness, we'll see you in court.
Sales: We can offer you a 100% refund if you mail the product back.
These people are crooks and thieves and their business license should be revoked and they should be put in jail for this scheme.

I signed up for a trial bottle, to pay for shipping only. Nowhere does it say that I would be charged $79.95 after 14 days. Very unprofessional.
On January 24, 2018 I paid for shipping of $4.95 for a bottle of garciniazen a diet pill supplement. I checked the site to look for the fine print, but could not find anything on the site of where I was submitting my payment. Assuming there was no risk, I proceeded to go through with the payment.
The bottle arrived in the mail on Monday, February 6, 2018. I did not open it.
Then, I checked my statement on card ending in *** and saw that I had been charged $79.95 on Tuesday, February 7, 2018. I started to do some research and saw that other consumers had similar problems. They stated that there is a "14-day trial" in which you have to cancel within that time in order to not be charged the subscription fee.
First, I was unaware I was signing up for a subscription-the website did not state that this would lead to a subscription. Second, the website did not state that I had a 14-day trial period before being automatically enrolled in a subscription. Lastly, nowhere did it state that there would be a charge of $79.95.
I called on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 to cancel the subscription at 7:45am HST and spoke to agent *** - Anton. He offered to discount next month's subscription fee by 25%, then 50% so that I would not cancel. I said no, I did not sign up for a subscription to begin with. I asked for my money back and he said that I am outside of the 14-day trial period. I told him that the product did not come in the mail until the 14 days were up anyway, how am I supposed to know that's what I had signed up for? How am I supposed to know if I even like the product to cancel the subscription within 14 days if the product came on the 14th day?!
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business to take advantage of consumers like this and manipulating their way to charge us for a ridiculous amount of money. He refused to refund my money, but he did cancel my account so I would not be charged again. I offered to send the bottle back to get a full refund and he refused. I just want my $79.95 back.
I want a full refund of $79.95. I did not sign up for a subscription. The business should state this clearly on the payment forms and be completely transparent to the consumer as to what they are signing up for. This is sneaky to keep the fine print hidden and should not be allowed. Consumers should know exactly what they are paying for. If I had known that I would be charged after 14 days, I would not have even signed up. It is unfair for businesses to take advantage of consumers this way. This is not a reputable and honest way to build a business nor make trusting relationships with your consumer base.

I signed up for a free 14 day trial of the TrimFit Garcinia Cambogia and Forskolin with the agreement to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling on 15 November 2017. I gave the company my debit card information for the S&H. I was charged $4.97 from RBK Enterprises LLC on the 15th and then charged $4.95 on the 16th from AHD*Garciniazen. There was no email confirmation sent. There are no contact numbers or emails to cancel if you choose to decide to cancel. The agreement was to cancel within in the 14 days, but if you missed that time, there is not other way to cancel. Not knowing, I started receiving the product every month. Finally realizing I should cancel the subscription that I NEVER authorized, I went and looked at my checking account. On 29 November I was charged $79.95 by AHD*Garciniazen and $69.95 by RBK Enterprises LLC. On 29 December I was charged $84.90 by AHD*Garciniazen and $74.92 by RELNULYFEFORSKILIN. On 28 January (today) I have a pending charge for $84.90 by AHD*Garciniazen and $74.92 by RBK Enterprises LLC. I found the packing slip from my December order, the order number is XXXXXXXX, reference number 82DXXXXXC8, Cr *** Customer PO number 82DXXXXXC8. I have been charged a total of $479.46.
I have contacted 4 different telephone numbers, 888-240-9246, 888-214-9262, 888-606-1145, 888-539-5209, I have never been put into contact with a representative and there is no email address available.
I want a refund of the full amount, $479.46, immediately. I want all my information removed from their database. Tracking of all packages sent were emailed at time of shipment, however, floor supervisor of billing gave information again via phone. All orders have been canceled and no further charges will be billed.

I paid $4.95 for a bottle of TrimFit since it was a special offer on December 19th. Nothing on the website said anything about $80 being charged later
I ordered a bottle of the TrimFit Foliskin on December 19, 2017 for $4.95 and they charged my account $79.95 for not calling 14 days to continue or cancel. It wasnt even a full 14 days when they took money out on January 2, 2018. I called to cancel and they never answer unless you blow up their phone. When they do answer and you cancel the charge they try to get you with more offers by discounting your next purchase.
I cancelled the $79.95 charge but I would also like my $4.95 back as well.
Customer has been refunded 100% of all charges to card ending in *** and a confirmation email has been sent regarding such. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I want a full refund
I ordered the 14 day free trial of trimfit forskolin paying the $4.95 for shipping on 12-18-17. On 1-1-18 I observed a charge of $79.95 to my bank account from this company again. I called on 1-1-18 and stayed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time so I assumed they were closed due to it being a federal holiday. I called again on 1-2-18 in an attempt to gain a refund of the $79.95 charge that I did not authorize. F9rrhe first customer service rep I talked to stated that he could cancel my subscription (I never signed up for willingly) but that was all he could do. I told him I could not even take the pill because of the effects to my body to which he responded he was sorry but that's all he could do. I then asked to speak with a supervisor regarding the issue to which he told he to hold. He came back on the line and stated he could give me 25% of my money back and that was all. I then again asked to speak with a supervisor to which he was hesitant and said they would just state the same thing. I asked again to speak with a supervisor. He came back and stated he could do 50% of my money back or 100% back if I sent the product back. I stated that was not a problem but still would like to speak to a supervisor. After another unreasonable hold time the supervisor, Natalie, came on the phone and stated the only thing she could do for me is cancel by subscription. I told her that the prior rep I was speaking with said I could have my money back, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her that the rep told me he spoke with his supervisor so she should know what I was talking about. I asked to speak to another supervisor due to her seeming to have no idea what I was talking about and she stated there is no one else to talk to and she is the only option. She repeated 4-5 times that she could not do anything to help except cancel my subscription (that I didn't know I signed up for and a product I can't use) and that was it. I asked to tall to her boss or supervisor and she stated there was no one above her and she couldn't transfer calls. She then told me she could not stay on the phone any longer and needed to go. I asked if she was going to give me a solution or just hang up on me. She stated she could not stay on the phone with me. I got upset because I don't appreciate late from a person in customer service especially a supervisor telling me they are going to hang up on me after I had waited on hold longer then I had even spoke to someone. She then stated that she could give me 25% back. I asked he why I could not send it back like the last rep said. She stated that since it was open I could not get 100% back. She finally said the most she could do is 50% back then asked if I wanted it or she would get off the phone. So I agreed but told her I want 100% back. I asked for a supervisor phone number to which she said there is no other number to call. I am highly dissatisfied and insulted by the rudeness and service provided by this company. My 14 days ended on a federal holiday and I called the following day and she stated I should have called Saturday instead. I did not know I was going to be charged until it posted on 1-1-18 to my account. Like I stated with the long wait time I assumed they were closed on the holiday. This is absurd. I was want 100% refund back and the supervisor re-trained. I've worked in customer service and that was completely unacceptable.
I am seeking 100% refund of the $79.95.
Customer was refunded $39.95 on 1/2 and the remaining $40.00 on 1/16, when we received the notice. Please advise that we have taken agent AND supervisor off our campaign, as we outsource customer service. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for informing on how things happened.You are correct- it is NOT acceptable.
