Review: I placed an order for my spouse's upcoming surgery for a: Original Drycast waterproof cover and a cast sock. They emailed me on 5/8/13 and indicated that it was mailed that day and would take 3 - 5 days to arrive. I've still not received the order. My spouse's surgery is next week and we are in need of these products. I've tried call TDP Products and left messages and have sent at least 3 emails asking about the order and why I havent received it and can they track it? I've never heard any response yet at all.Desired Settlement: I need them to take action and track the order and IF they did send it, it must have got lost. I NEED the product. Further, it would be ideal for them to simply call me or email me with an explanation.

I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. We sent a replacement shipment out today. It is marked "2nd shipment" on the package. If the original shipment arrives, you can either write "return to sender" on it and put it back in your mailbox or you can return it at a post op visit. Thank you for your patience.
