This place is so disorganized I made an order took 4 days to get a confirmation after I confirmed a few more days went by no updates!!!!! I submitted a cancelled order form to my surprise no response after several email. When they finally got back to me it was a sorry we have shipped this out already and can't cancel?? Nothing on my account said it was shipped. I explained how there service was terrible and then the shipping stated it was shipped 4 days after I submitted a cancel/refund request. The level of service is that of someone out of their moms basement. I received my stuff days after the order and was not able to call nor contact anyone it time to have it refunded. Here was the reply Not my problem they can't get back to 1400 emails.

Simply reject the parcel and it will come back to us. Sorry for the delays. Due to Covid-19, we are being put under extreme demand. As you can see below. We are dealig with a lot as our other companies.

First few orders were great, until I had to make a couple returns due to improper fit and defective electronic equipment which was not in the original packaging. Customer service is very poor and the return hassle free is quiet the process. I have been waiting over a week for return instructions. I will be eating the cost of probable knock off electronics. I will never go through this company again. Back to USA companies, they will at least back up the products.

Worst experience ever. Ordered Brakes for truck and still haven't received them. Of course they blame COVID and shut down their phone lines and will not respond to email. They sent me a discount coupon AFTER I place my order (to be used on first order). I still dont know where my order is and it looks as though I am out close to $500.00.

Terrible site. Looking to receive the total wrong part valued at not even half the price of your actual order? Look no more! This is the site for you! With poor response time and YOU being 100% responsible for the duties and fees to send the wrong package back! What more could you ever want!

After discovering Tdot Performance online, I read through the poor, descriptive options regarding the Hoodflector, for my 2019 ***

Apparently,...after speaking to their customer care specialist *** I was informed that there were newer model 2019 *** and older models.

This option however, was not made clear online, for choices/options available.

The box however,...that this product arrived in, specifically did indicate 2016-2018 model years, for this particular item, which part # is...XXXXX.

The actual order # is XXXXXXXXX, and came in a smoke grey color.

I wish to be not only reimbursed for the full cost of this Hoodflector, but also for my *** shipping costs today, for $38.36.

This young lady *** at Tdot was quite adamant yesterday, in stating that I would be responsible totally for returning this huge cardboard box at my expense, as this was all my fault, for not being able to distinguish options in 2019 trucks on their online website, which subsequently, did not show pics of trucks to see their differences!!

If further pictures need to be sent, verifying my costs for shipping, and/or purchase costs, I will gladly mail or fax them in.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking is a full credit to my credit card, plus my costs incurred today at ***, for returning this large, 6-foot long box, for $38.36.

Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience, for 2019 *** had a facelift for their trucks, there was a *** (new body) and a *** (old body). We do clearly state when adding this item to the cart that this part is designed for the ***, which I see the client selected. It is stated in our return policy that if we are not at fault it is the customer responsibility to ship the product back and we will also charge the original shipping that the courier charged us to ship the product to the customer (We do not get amount reimbursed when something is returned). We understand mistakes happen and we try to resolve them accordingly, which is why we provided the client a full refund on the product after he returned it. If further information is required, please let us know.

Placed an order for a *** catback exhaust on February 3rd. Order shipped out next day, although shipping on the *** label was sent to somewhere in Canmore Alberta. I called them asking why it went there and they found a mistake with the shipping on their end. They told me they would resolve it and get back to me. A few weeks of emailing them asking where the progress on this is or what is happening, I only received messages saying they "Would get back to me". After the 3rd week they sent me a new shipping label, although it has not moved for 10 business and no estimated time to ship. Not entirely sure whats going on but I believe there is something I am not being told. I would not have cared and understood the issues if I had better communication instead of being worried about being *** $1500. ***. Seems something has happened with the company recently which has caused many internal problems..

Continuously being dishonest about orders shipping out from their warehouse, or the manufacturer, I'm told I will get updates. No responses. This has been a terrible experience and still not resolved. JAN-29-2020.

Missing Parts from my order. These parts were supposed to Arrive Dec 14. Communicated with Tdot on missing items from order.

They claim they sent the manufacturer a follow up communication on December 24 by Geri.

Then on December 27, I am told the parts are shipping out from the Tdot warehouse. Will receive a shipping confirmation.

This never happened.

Then Geri says they sent another followup on Dec 27, 2019.

On January 9th, I sent an additional follow-up as I have heard nothing of note at all since my first inquiry.

January 10, 2020. Geri says they will send another follow up with the manufacturer....

January 21st 2020. I still have no information.

How terrible can Tdot be? Horrible customer service. I ordered this November of 2019.

It's been nearly 2 months. I Keep Getting the Run-Around. This is unacceptable!

VJ Says for the delay they will credit some of the order to me. They credit my card $56.00. This actually happens. He says "Hello, We are still trying to get you your missing parts, KYB has shipped this out and is on its way, I will follow up with them tomorrow to get you an accurate ETA, we sent you a partial refund due to the delay, we are giving the entire at our cost price."

[redacted] They have a fancy website, but they don't have the service to match I ordered some brake parts, gave my information and paid via credit card I should have had the parts in days After days I heard a voicemail saying I need to confirm the order because it was a special order Every other website in the world accepts your purchase and payment as confirmation that you want a product Not these guys, you orderthen you have to call them and confirm that you want to order So after calling them many times, someone finally picks up You usually get kicked to voicemail...so be prepared to call a lotI find out my order was never placed, even though I was charged immediately So if you want to waste a ton of time, love being aggravated, don't really care if you ever get your part and love calling and callingorder from these guys But if you want your part to fix you car, shop elsewhere On a positive notethey said they would refund my money for the parts they never ordered for me Hopefully I get my money back

My first and last time dealing with TDotPerformance. I ordered a Bedrug for a 2019 *** which they delivered in due course, but there were only two parts rather than the three in the illustration that attached to the product information. The tailgate rug was missing. On bringing this to the attention of TDotPerformance, they tried to wriggle off the hook by pointing to a "disclaimer" on their website saying that the illustration might not match the goods delivered. This is a nonsense excuse, of course. Were they to show a set of four wheels in an ad and supply one less than shown, they would certainly lose any legal action brought against them. Notwithstanding this clear misrepresentation in their advertisement, they refused to honour the contract between us, which should include the tailgate rug shown on their website. Accordingly, they have left me with little option but to launch an action in the small claims court.

I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I let anyone I know use itWe ordered two products from this companyOne product was misadvertized so upon delivery it was incorrectThe IT department fixed the info on the website howeverweeks later I still have the unwanted itemI have emailed and spoken to customer services more times than I can countMultiple times they have told me I would be receiving the return instructions later that same day...still waiting My second item was not sent despite having been confirmed as sent with tracking device, after emails someone finally responding saying it had in fact not shipped because they needed more info from me on my vehicle type (that their website had not asked) ..and they waited for me to contact them to get this information why? Lastly I would like to mention the level of professionalism within the emails is greatly lackingEach time I receive a response (generally 5-days later) the response it a short sentence with nearly no infoI honestly feel I am emailing a "child" from their bedroom or dorm room

***. Trying to contact them to cancel an order after being told it will take 10-15 days to receive my item instead of what they say it will take. I think everything on there site is a special order. Wasted enough time trying to call them, put on hold then cut off, and no response from emails.

I purchased *** running boards for my 2019 *** $632.00. I received the boards and on that same day I temporarily installed one on the drivers side. The firmest was very poor and not suitable as they sat too far out from the side of the vehicle. One of the reasons I made the purchase from Tdot was because they advertise no hassle return if product not suitable. I incurred no damage to any of the parts and the board is still in plastic wrap. The bolts and nuts were obviously taken out of the plastic bag. I packaged up the board back in the original shipping box. I then called Tdot to see what was required for return and refund. I was instructed to send in pics of the boards which I luckily took before I put them back in the box. The pics showed how far they stuck outside of the side of the vehicle which is why I was not satisfied with the fitment. After I supplied the pics I received a return email saying that's the way they fit and can't return and to sell them on ***. Since that email I have tried calling Tdot to discuss further. I have called eight times in two days and I have experienced this same situation each time. I am placed on hold for 15 minutes then they hang up or go to a message saying leave a message. I have left two messages for Tdot to call me back leaving my order # etc. and no one has returned my call. I don't know how companies can operate in this manner where they don't even field any phone calls. I get the feeling my # is flagged and they are totally ignoring my phone calls. To bad do sad!!!!! Wow!!!!

Ordered part online JULY 16 which showed as if the part was actually in stock - added to cart and checked out without notification part is not available. Got email from TDOT JULY 17 telling me part is a special order with MFG and would be shipped within 10-15 business days. Emailed TDOT AUG 6 to follow-up on order for ETA. Received response email from TDOT 4 days later AUG 10 stating the part would be shipped in next 2-3 weeks and that TDOT could not guarantee anything which was extremely disappointing to hear! Figured I would give them a chance (big mistake) Sent follow-up email on SEPT 9 and received email from TDOT stating that MFG is out of stock and there was no ETA on production of my part! Emailed TDOT asking why they're selling parts that aren't even in production with they're supplier and asked them to cancel my order and refund my purchase based off this information. Got email SEPT 9 claiming the cancellation response needed to be issued by they're manager. Got email from the Manager SEPT 10 saying he needed to cancel their order with the MFG and confirm with them that the part has not been shipped (which does not make any sense as I received TDOTs notification the day before stating that the part isn't even in production). I called the MFG (***) myself SEPT 10 and it took 2 min. for them to confirm the part is not available. Sent email to TDOT informing them of this and have not heard back from them or received a refund or part as of SEPT 24 (10 WEEKS AFTER MAKING ORIGINAL PURCHASE). I feel this is absolutely horrible customer service and will never make a purchase from TDOT again. TDOTS website still shows as if these parts are still in stock and my opinion is that this is absolutely false advertising... How can you sell parts that don't exist?

Purchased 2 performance mufflers online.
Called several times and waited endlessly on hold until informed by machine to call back. Emailed them. No response. Was trying to cancel the order.
Finally, the parts were shipped several days after my attempts to contact them. When I expressed my issues, I was finally met with an unhelpful response and offered nothing that mitigated their lack of service. Finally, I returned them (at my expense) and was charged back their cost of sending them to me plus a 10% restocking fee in addition to the $40 is cost me to return them.

. Currently dealing with *** to dispute the charge and receive a refund on my $700 order as I have not received any products...

Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience, we do not have live inventory on our website, if a part is back ordered we try to let you know within 1 business day that the product is back ordered and it will have to be special ordered from the manufacturer. In your case we did inform you on the 28th that the product was not in stock, this was promptly refunded once you let us know you were not able to wait.

There is generally a delay with financial institutions for the amount to post on your statement but the funds did leave out account on the 28th as specified in our credit memo email sent to you on the 28th of May.

In the end I got my *** roof box. It took a few more days, they lived up to getting it to me. I would agree their support desk needs some help, but I talked to Jeffry in the Sales Department and he helped me out. Hope these guys work out the quirks, but overall I got a good deal.

My order of 2 front *** shocks went smoothly. Delivery was very quick and the parts arrived packaged well with no issues. When the wife isn't looking I'm going to order more items from TDot Performance..

I received my order of "new" 4 *** shocks about a week ago , I open the box and I notice that they are not sealed from the factory. There is masking tape holding the plastic covers on all of the shocks and there is no internal support for the shocks them selfs in the box just 4 loose shocks . All 4 shocks were a return that they passed on to me. ***. I find this vary *** when we all pay full price for new parts and recive used parts . I contacted there customer service with no real help at all.

placed a special order on the phone, I was told it would takes weeks but after and half weeks I called, I would have to wait another month so I requested for a full refundAccording to their website this should be any hassle because I had waited weeks nowI called a few times and sent my last email to request a full refund but never happen, I called my credit card company and see if they can help to resolve this

Beware when buying anything that involves core charge. I purchased a set of brakes for my truck and only found out that there's extra $250 for core charge after I placed the order.
Later, when I was ready to return the core, Tdot told me to shop it to the manufacturer myself to get my money for the core. Good thing I called them and was told they don't accept cores from Canada. Called Tdot again, they said they will send me shipping labels. That was over two months ago. They still can't get the labels and I still can't get my money back. Now they are not replying at all to my letters.
