Review: I ordered a limo bus for my daughters birthday on June 4, 2016 from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am. The bus NEVER showed up and nobody from the company even called to tell us anything until 11:30 pm ...AFTER we left several messages. Then they gave us three different excuse to why the bus never came, needless to say that we were upset.Desired Settlement: Refund and complimentary limousine rental of 4 hours.

Thank you for contacting TDF Limousine in regards to your recent issue. Our company takes great pride in our service, and we are extremely sorry to have caused you any distress. Unfortunately, the driver was unable to make it to the garage / your trip due to an extenuating issue, and he was also unable to alert management that he would not be able to make the trip. The company was unaware of the issue until approximately 11:30 PM. At that time we were unable to make any plans to salvage the evening. When we spoke with Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] yesterday (Monday June 6 2016) we extended our deepest apologies, as well as a full refund for the trip. It was never our intention to simply not pick up, and if the situation would have allowed it, we would have made other arrangements. We have refunded Ms. [redacted]'s transactions in full as of yesterday. While we deeply regret the circumstances surrounding this complaint, we do not have any other resolution to offer.
