TDC Doors

Review: I purchased a door from TDC. I was told that the door is solid teak. I put a deposit on the door in August 2011. It took approximately five months to get the door. It was installed in January 2012. Approximately one year after it was installed I notice it started to buckle. I called TDC and found out the store in Great Neck was out of business. I then contacted TDC in Brooklyn. I explained the problem to them I was told someone would come and look at the door, nobody ever came to my house. I have called them several times and I always get the same answer. They say someone is coming, but they never do. I spent over $3,000 on this door. I purchased my door from TDC because it was supposed to be a better quality than the doors sold a the large home improvement stores, however, I did not get what I paid for. The door is not solid teak, as they said it was and I now have a door that is buckling. I could have spent half the price in a local home improvement store and would probably have gotten a better quality door with better customer service.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure if the door can be fixed, and how do I know the same thing won't happen. The door I replaced was in better condition that this door is now in.
