I am rejecting this response because: the Business owner is lying. First of all, the arrangement was not delivered until the next day. Secondly, there was no issue with cell service- the young woman on the phone said "bye" before hanging up on me as I was trying to talk to her. If you look this business up on yelp you will see I am far from the first person to have complaints about them.

ORDER WAS SENT OUT AND SENDER WAS INFORMED HE WAS NOT HUNG UP ON THAT THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS IN AN AREA THAT CALLS WERE BEING DISCONNECTED AND HE KEPT CALLING BACK AND HARASSING THE PERSON ON THE PHONE SO SHE HAD TO BLOCK HIS CALL AND WE HAVE A RECORD OF CALLS ON THE PHONE BILL AND THEN...

HE CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER HARASSING HER TOO AND FINALLY THE FLORAL SHOP WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE HIS CALL WE INFORMED HIM THE ORDER WAS OUT ON DELIVERY AND THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TIMED DELIVERIES AND THAT WE HAD GOT IT DELIVERED WITH A SIGNATURE AND HE RECEIVED HIS ARRANGEMENT FILLED TO VALUE AND FRESH WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY BUT HE WAS VERY DEMANDING AND RUDE WE STILL COMPLETED THE ORDER WAS HE ORDERED AND HE DID INFORM US THE WOULD BE CONTACTING THE Revdex.com AND TRY TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR A REFUND EVEN AFTER THE ARRANGEMENT WAS DELIVERED  THANK YOU TD
