Failure of TD Eure to follow through on promise assistance and advice on using service. TD Eure came out to give me assistance and advice on project I requested several months ago (Apr/May). Stated that I would receive a proposal within several weeks. I've called numerous times to followup and the only response was from clerk at office, [redacted], stating she would send message to him. Last contact being Monday, 7/11 to office and received repeat of same message from [redacted] with request of at least a courtesy response. To date, have not heard anything.Desired SettlementI would like the business to contact me (courtesy followup call as requested) and let me know what the status of our communication, assistance and advice is regarding their products and services as promised. Business Response I received Ms. [redacted]'s compliant today in the mail. Ms. [redacted]'s complaint states that she requested a quote for a proposed new dock back in April/May. Ms. [redacted] initial appointment was on June 1, 2016 (not April or May). On this date, our General Manager went to Ms. [redacted]'s property and spoke with her about her wishes for a new dock. After that date, Ms. [redacted] was awaiting a quote from TD Eure for the new dock proposal. Ms. [redacted] did follow up with our office on several different dates asking for the proposal/quote. Each time I explained that we do not yet have her quote ready and I would email her the quote as soon as I had it. I emailed Ms. [redacted] the quote on 7/20/2016. Consumer Response The only person I've spoken to was [redacted] who stated she would send a message and no followup was ever received. I do thank TD Eure for a response,however, I still have not received a response from TD Eure company on quote as I check email and nothing was there.
