The job preformed at the [redacted] home was any basic basement remodel which I have done many of these types of remodelsEvery contractor does a job in there on way with different product to complete there job and at any time a different contractor can come in and say "I would have done it different"This is the case with the [redacted] sdays before completion they decided that they did not want to pay for the remaining Items that needed to be doneThe contract was for a set price not for several different pricesthey choose not to respect the original contract that they sign forMid way through the contract they did not want to pay for the increase of price for the Items they upgraded(ceiling tile & shower pan) It is to bad that things went south on the project

different". This is the case with the [redacted]s. 2 days before completion they decided that they did not want to pay for the remaining Items that needed to be done.
