TCM Restoration and Cleaning

It took this company multiple attempts to "correct" their initial mistake.
They were hired, after I had purchased my new home and the original owners left the place a mess. I had them come out and give me a quote on an entire house clean (top to bottom, carpets, couch, storage unit, floorboard, kitchen....everything). They told me it would take two days, and they would have everything done while I was out of town.
Day one: cleaned the carpets and Forgot to clean the couch and they ate my food.
Day two: they locked the keys inside the house and proceeded to break back into the home
Four days later: they came back for a second attempt at cleaning the home, cleaned the couch, but still did not clean floor boards, ceiling fan, or countertops
A week later: came back again to attempt to clean. Finally got the floor boards but still forgot the ceiling fan and storage shelfs.
Two weeks later came back for ceiling fans and storage shelf.
