guest the parking rules and parking policies.Mrs. [redacted] violated the parking policy and her car was towed for the parking permit violation. If she had parked in the marked visitor parking spaces provided on the property she would have not been towed.
I don't agree with the times she stated that she called the office looks like she just put her phone on speed dial and kept calling. The law states that the company must be available to release the car 24/7 days a week it does not state a time frame it must be released. My understanding from talking with the driver he was delayed getting to the office at the time she called and do apologize for the delay. This night in question was a very busy night and the driver got their as quick as possible to release the car to the owner.
TCL Towing is will to refund her $25.00 for her inconvenience for her waiting time but for the full refund of the tow is denied. TCL Towing followed the contract agreement parking rules and regulation and towed the vehicle in question for violating the parking rules and not displaying a visitor parking permit or a guest permit.
