I had purchased two of the units as the first one was not returned to me by a friend until after I had bought the second. Upon receiving both my new one and the old one back from my friend, I attempted to return the new one. I was told that when they received the return that it was the older one despite having a higher serial# as they started with a high serial# and were counting down. I immediately sent the second one back as confirmed via multiple *** investigations. I had been told that they would ship me back the older one when they received the new one and would be charged for shipping back to me. I agreed on this and have requested multiple times what my cost would be and how they would like paid. They have refused to provide me with the information. As I had several attachments that I used with this, I was left with only one choice and so I bought a third of these. They still have both of the first two despite *** and *** confirming I have done everything reasonable to resolve the issue. I have spent over $*** on this issue just to get what should have only cost less than a third of that.
