Review: This company makes warranty service as difficult as spossible. From now on I am no longer doing business with unethical companies like this. Review: I purchased a brand new Netgear Vuezone 4 camera home surveillance system that says it can add up to 15 cameras.

I purchased 2 additional cameras & now im told tgat the Vuezone models were discontinued and the none of the new or current cameras will work with the other vuezone equipmentDesired Settlement: I want netgear to replace the system & cameras with the current version, if and only if, tgey can assure the model will work with tge current and foreseeable future models, I don't want something that cant be added on to as is advertised in all product documents.

Vuezone by netgea has the most horrible and annoying customer service that put me on hold for an hour and 1/2. We kept on repeating the VCN/ MAc no of my router no. They passed around 8 customer service and nobody knows what to do.. Obviously, the customer service is from the Philippines and they are not porierly trained or know what they are talking about. Instead of making us satisfied .. We only had a simple problem but they made very complicated, substandard services and unethical .. They just keep on apologizing indefinitely but they were not sincere about iit . We as Laing customers treated us like rubbish and it sounded like that we don't speak English or they don't comprehend the problem in English... That's what you get for cheap labor. Bring back these jobs back to America where we need it the most..
