I set up an appointment with this company to come fix my dryer yesterday. The man who took the call and set up the appointment didnt provide his name. When I called today to confirm the appointment the owners wife said they didnt have an appointment with us, refused to fix the problem even though it was their companies fault, she refused to send someone out later on in the evening and hung up on me when I asked for her name because I advised her I was filing a complaint against their business. Their website claims 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, and 24/7 service and they failed to provide either of these.
