TC Electric has failed to pay an outstanding debt to my company and others for a project we were contracted to do for them.
TC Electric contracted my company, [redacted] LLC, to install an access control system for them at [redacted] The payment details were very specific in the scope letter; equipment payment was to be upfront and the rest was to be paid in a timely manner as soon as the job was complete. After many promises of upcoming payment, the owner [redacted] refuses to return calls or emails. This debt has now nearing the 8 month mark, with no correspondence from the company. It has come to I will have to get a lawyer to try to recover the money owed to me, which totals over $8500.00.
